Eating/Exercise Routine Advice

Hey all, quick question, my daily meal plan is a couple of posts above. Just wondering, as I only go to the gym on Mon, Wed, Fri, should I cut out some of the food from my plan on the Tue and Thu since I'm not working out? If so what?

I'd be inclined to keep your diet the same on the non gym days. I know you say you're not pushing hard on the weights but there will be some repairing of muscles taking place and this needs fuelling. As long as the total calorie intake negative at the end of the week then you'll lose weight.

agree with MTA, keep eating to repair and replenish the muscles, preparing you for another session at the gym the next day :]

Soya butter? Is that through choice as you like it or because you think it's healthy?

Anchor butter is probably the healthiest spread btw, it's practically organic too :)

Be wary of food saying 'low-fat' this does not always mean it's healthier, it's a nasty marketing trick that should be stopped. Low-fat can mean all kinds of things like high-carb, high sugar/salt or full of sweeteners. They have to keep the taste good somehow!
