air Linus was very nice, all new planes, nice service, good staff. If you thought they were average, you should have gone Delta, well maybe not I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemies.
Some extremely tasty looking stuff, I never did try a proper American burger in the states and certainly didn't spend enough time in NYC
It all looks so tasty,
Delis do seem to be a bit hit and miss, two of us had great sandwiches, the other twos where average. There was a hot/cold split though. With the cold meats being to cold and hiding the flavour.
I agree with Jonny69, NY is an amazing place, with amazing food.
Plane was fine, just used to nicer carriers I guess. Only one drinks run from them and no snacks etc throughout the flight. BA are my fave transatlantic followed by Virgin

Man,the food looks great.
Must visit NYC...its one place ive always wanted to go!...especially at Xmas as well.

I would go in the run up to Christmas or after Christmas. Being there on Xmas day was a bit soulless despite our romantic ideas that it would be über-Christmassy; everything bar the retail outlets was business as usual and the workers were clearly unhappy about being in work on Christmas day. All the decorations etc will be there and you get to do some very cheap Christmas shopping!

There are, just not as common and your corner shop stuff. If you spend £20 on lunch I am sure you can find some good food here.
