Ebay and Refunds

Hiya,

New to ebay and the whole auction thing, recently purchased some brakes for my car off ebay, they were the wrong size so i contacted the seller (business) who agreed to a refund.

I returned them via courier who delivered the package this morning, as the sale was originally through paypal, how does the refund procedure work ?

Will they refund through paypal or do i have to go about claiming the money back ?

They will refund you through paypal. If for some reason they don't they you make a Paypal claim.

Ok thats fine, will keep an eye on it tomorrow as they should have refunded it by then, if not i will make a claim.

as stated by neiljung, you should receive the refund via paypal.

just out of curosity, how much did it cost you to return the brakes and are you expecting to be re-imbursed for postage?
