He's assuming that he's Indian based on the fact that he didn't get the result he wanted.

That's the issue, not "maybe English isn't his first language so my point didn't get across too well" but "he must be an Indian".

Wrong I'm assuming Indian based on the fact of the scripted responses which is very much like an Indian Call Center.

Stop getting upset Just because I assumed something based on personal experience, Can you honestly say the guy was called John or Kenny, Really?

Completely ignoring what I was saying, Like an Indian at BT customer support saying is your Internet on and log into IE, when clearly you phoned up and explained your internet is DOWN.
