Ebay - Help

Hi all,

Basically i bought some

SONY MDR-EX90LP DEEP BASS HEADPHONES/EARPHONES EX90

from Ebay on the 11th of december , with direct payment via PayPal.

and recieved the headphones 6 days later and didnt think much of it, wrapped it up as it was a pressent for someone.

the person whos present it was contacted me and said they where broken in the box (the box was plastic with card on the back ... had to wrip / tare to get in)

i've emailed the person via ebay twice and i cant get an answer , just want to know if i can get another pair sent ... :/ as it was an xmas pressie after all...

anyone any ideas what i can do ? apart from by more?

Entirely depends on the seller. Although if you paid via paypal you could file a dispute, you'd probably win. Think you have 45 days to do this from the date of purchase, someone may correct me though.
 
right so ill have to keep being a pain in the ass then , ive even looked on paypal .. no telephone no either :/
 
i shall do , been waiting since the 27th for a reply .. unless he's gone on holiday or something ... i dunno
 
I had a problem like this on Ebay before ... the seller was not answering my emails in the end i put:

This is my last email to you before I report you to Ebay and Paypal and leave negative feedback!

After this they replied and i got my money back :)

Give that ago 1st ... if not report to paypal but do it asap

hope you sort it !
 
ill give it to Friday , i sent another email (sunday) so see what happends by this Sunday ... if not going to try n claim
