The only better place to sell an Ebay item than the Philippines is Nigeria, IMO.

If it goes wrong and the buyer lodges a complaint for refund then you contact Ebay in the Phillippines and not UK, so good luck with that.

To be safe I'd ask that they pay for the phone on delivery, I don't want that poor guy in the Philippines getting ripped off by a dodgy UK seller.

To be double safe, use a middle man in Nigeria who accepts Western Union to temporarily hold the money.
