I bought a cheap phone on ebay and it didnt arrive after 2 weeks. I opened a case and the seller contacted me and then sent me another phone. I closed the case to release funds and another one has arrived.
I received this phone today and the speakers, vibrate and power button does not work. I emailed him and got a reply straight back
"Hi apologise for this. Please return and we will refund or
replace this for you. Please let us know what you would
prefer. This should have all been checked from the nokia
service centre before this was listed. Apologise again for this

I dont think I can open another case against this as I am generally against posting items back before getting funds or opening a case.
He seems like an honest guy (business seller) who I have spoken to. Should I just post back to him for refund?
