Just be professional about it.

"Non paying bidder - Be Carefull"

Thats all you need to put.

The reason being is that although they buggered the transaction up, they can still leave what they want with you also.

Then you have all the rigma of trying to get it mutually withdrawn. Not worth leaving really crappy negative feedback imo.
