eBay question

Right, I want to purchase something that ends fairly soon, however I have nothing in my Paypal account since I haven't used it for ages. Last time I put funds in there, it took about a week for them to appear so obviously this wouldn't be ideal.

Can I not just pay for it using my card, but have the payment connected with my Paypal account, or anything like that?

Yep, I have no money in my Paypal account, it automatically takes the money from my card when I pay for something. Just add your card details to your Paypal account.

Ive never put money if my Paypal account, whenever I buy anything on ebay it takes the money out of my bank account.

Same here. That's the whole point.

Just do not allow it to use an eCheque. Make sure you either use a credit card as primary or secondary.
