OK, I used Buy it Now on an iPad.

I suspected that it was a scam, turned out to be a fake Chinese one.

Which I kinda expected all along.

Took quite a few emails to get them to admit it was fake.

So considering I never paid for the item nor was it delivered (asked questions first), should I leave negative feedback or just let it ride?
 
I'm not being funny but why would you buy an iPad on ebay anyway? They'll all bound to be fake or dodgy.

Buyers can't get negative anymore.

It was listed in the Apple iPad section, with the full Apple specs listed.
 
Will leave negative, thanks guys.

A percentage of times people miss price buy it nows which can be good, other times its a scam.

Still if I detected it, it stops someone else buying it or falling for it today.
 
Thinking about it he has my address, might come round with a knife or gun or poison apple.

He already tried to sell you the poison apple. To add, from my lessons here with people asking for advice about German shepherds and girlfriend problems and the like.
If he does turn up at your house with a knife. Just log onto the internets and ask advise here in GD about what to do about a Chinese man with a ruddy great knife in your garden.
 
Not good me seeing this. Won an auction for some speaker spares last Sunday. Expected delivery was end of last week - no reply as of yet. How long would you guys wait after last contact before opening a case?
