Currently struggling with some French idiot that bought an AV amp from me, claimed it didn't work (I tested it before it was sent and all was fine) so I asked for it back quoting the serial number, which was done. I then tested it and it worked.
After I'd authorised the refund it went through and I had an email from both eBay & PayPal yesterday saying the refund was issued and the payment cleared. Today I had the email from the buyer saying he hadn't received the refund - I just sent copies of the emails I've had from eBay & PayPal confirming this.
Call me cynical but it just seems like the typical eBay scammer. The next step will be the standard OcUK solution involving the letterbox...!
