Suggested response? How do I stop a chargeback with paypal? :(

I would respond and say sorry that he has damaged it, but as it arrived in good condition the transaction is complete, and you take no responsibility for him damaging it.

He won't be able to get the money back without going through a paypal dispute, and he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Stand up for yourself! ;)

Looks the same to me, but then again I'm far too p****d to be doing CSI stuff at the minute :D

No claim has been made yet but messages state it happened when washed.

Have sent this...

Thanks for your email and picture.

You received the shirt in the good condition it was sold in. The transaction completed there.
I would have never sent a fake t shirt and as already said - it arrived as sent.

I take no responsibility for how you washed it.

Thanks

Relax, a dispute will be raised, you will tell your side, you will keep the money. Dont listen to the tin foil hat brigade, scam? lol.

I had a similar issue but with a graphic card. He will probably start a chargeback through ebay! do not accept it at all, let it run till it expires. Then when it expires he will get a refund and then you need to start a claim through ebay.

Total bulls*** really but that is what i got told after clicking accept refund request and then trying to start the claim and i did not have the option, I had to wait it out till it expires. He has clearly washed it on a hot wash and therefore he has caused the damage.

hope they side with you, item you sent was correct and they've obviously ruined it in the wash. How they can ever say it's your fault is beyond me, what an idiot!
