No, credentials are fine, if I got them wrong it would tell me, it just throws me back to a login screen with no errors at all. I can login and view everything I'm selling perfectly fine. When you come to sell an item it asks you to authenticate for a second time which is failing. I have logged out and back in fine with my username and password.
I'd call eBay but they don't seem to publish any phone numbers or want to talk to you unless your a powerseller.

eBay have very strict security procedures. At first I thought it was my PayPal Security Key playing up because it was throwing me back to the login screen with no error when I put in the correct username/password & one-time pass key. So I decided to disable the key and remove it from my account which involves entering your username and password twice, filling in a captcha. eBay will then call the land line at your registered address (it will refuse a mobile number) and give you a 4 digit pin number. After doing all of this they give you a one-use pass key and let you login, this also disables the security key.
After doing all of that I was still having the same problem except it was throwing me back to the login screen with no error after just my username and password as I disabled the security key. I cleared all the cookies from eBay.
Clearing the cookies means eBay can no longer identify my computer so I have to login with my username and password and then give them my phone number which they call and give me another 4 digit pin to authenticate my computer. After all that I can login.
Compare this to PayPal it's very strict, PayPal only wants a couple of personal details to let you in.

eBay has always been great for me, only once have I had a problem, where the buyer decided that after my many photos of the item in great condition and it being well packaged that it was broken and fit for the bin...but only said so in Negative feedback, didn't try and contact me and didn't try and get a refund. :/
