Not used my Ebay account in ages, went through the reset password process and it accepted my password, but wouldn't actually let me sign in with it.
I left it a couple of hours and still no joy, then went through the password reset process again and chose the same password as previously, and it said I couldn't use a previous password! So I set a new one, and it won't let me sign in with that either
The only options I can see on their website for password problems are to reset it (which they clearly suck at doing) and the other contact options require you to be signed in
Any ideas?
