I have just sent VW a message with a link to it. Whether or not anything will get done who knows. Its not just VW service histories that he's making up though!

Look at the rest of them!

You can buy these books from your dealer if you loose them and fill them in yourself.

Its dishonest, but nothing illegal about it.
 
On Ebay it says on the report thing 'Selling logbook without Car' or something on the drop down list, so sounds like they don't allow it any way.
 
the logbook is the V5C though. He's not selling the logbook. he's selling a service book which you can buy from your dealer.
 
I had one of these clowns txt me offering this service, luckily I'm in a position where by I can pick my own stock of which all have service history.

I text him back telling him to never contact us again!

We all know this (that he's offering to fraudulently stamp it up for you)

but the advert is for a blank one.

Not sure what ebay can do.
 
Has anyone else emailed him to ask before I do so? No good a whole forum of us doing the same thing he might smell a rat ;)
