EBC Brakes

If I order EBC green stuff pads and EBC vented discs would this improve my braking loads or just slightly?

total cost will be around £100 and then probs an hours labour for fitting

Slightly, if at all noticeably.

That's what I found anyway.

Not impressed with the quality though, friction material sheared clean off one pad.

I find the manufacturer's pads much better in my case

i would just buy the pads and fit them yourself, i like the greenstuff pads a lot, but the disks just add nothing.

EBC are cheap. My brother has had green stuff pads on various brake setups, not really too impressive. They fade on his XR2i with the original engine... well it's getting a new engine this weekend but thats another story.

But yeah they are more resisatn tto fade than a standard setup. However, I personaly prefer mintex or ferodo performance pads. And drilled disks cant hurt.

The Green pads are much better than cheap aftermarket pads, but they aren't really high performance items IMO.

I bought green stuff pads for my old Rover and they were a lot better than my 'normal' pads.
