Ecclestone: No F1 in HD before 2012

To many health issues for 3d broadcasting to work here currently imo
ie migraines, dizzyness etc etc not to mention the atrocious cost of glasses

sky is already broadcasting in 3d (so there is no health and safety problems with regards to law) and you don't have to watch in 3d.
 
Who cares if they can get one on a car, tracks would be a great start. I would be more than happy with just track coverage in HD to begin with and on board coming in a few years.

I may be day dreaming but did they not trial onboard HD cameras in 2008? I think it was Singapore. Even over the SD broadcast the difference in onboard quality was easy to spot.
