I have been looking into sorting out broadband for my mate who has just moved into a new home. He found out about Eclipse Internet and I was looking on ADSL Guide today and seeing what they are like. They have good comparisons with other companies in speed, service and reliability. The problem I have is in what service they actually offer. They seem to have a Summer Offer on that gives you up to 8mb, unlimited download broadband for £9.99 (with a Peak time limit of 20gb from 6pm - Midnight). Is this for real ??????? If thats £9.99 a month then why I am I still on Plus.Net for the same equivalent service for £21.99

Any help ??

Aviod plusnet, even their customer support doesnt understand how their capping system works as its so complex and changes that regular.

hehe I know not to recommend Plus.Net as I sadly am on their LLU broadband and it sucks. I was just using Plus.Net as the example against Eclipse's £9.99 contract and the same product on Plus.Net for £21.99 :(
