eclipse keyboard = disappointing

cos this forum doesnt like those type of 'l33t' talk and yea the tarantula is nice but £70+ for a keyboard is rather hard to swallow.

On the original question - it is a known "issue" with the Eclipse.
And indeed it has been fixed on the Eclipse II.

The Eclipse II is a lovely keyboard - I bought one as soon as they were available in the UK and it's the best keyboard I've owned, period.

Yeah got an Eclipse II here, lovely keyboards, only use the purple lighting as the blues to dull, and the red looks naff, the purple looks great and seems to be the right brightness. :)

I had the same problem with a crap Labtec keyboard I used to use. I now have the Saitek Eclipse but I havent played many FPS' yet so I havent noticed this problem, I hope its not too bad.

i think if you use the wsad keys instead of the arrow keys there isnt much of a problem, but im just so used to using arrow keys. I know all the cool gamers will try to convince people to use those keys but sorry, no. And as much as i like the keyboard i think its RMA time if the eclipse 2 sorts the problem. Its only slightly more expensive and can change the colour of the backlight which i thinks quite good. Now my main problem is finding a place that actually sells it in the uk..its out of stock everywhere.

stoofa can you confirm with the eclipse 2 you can hold 3 arrow keys at the same time or 2 arrow keys and the 0 to the right? im a bit paranoid now cause i dont think many people use these keys and so wouldnt notice whether it still has the same problem or not

Have the Eclipse 2 and is a very nice change over my old PS2 Microsoft one.

The keys are very nice to type with and the colours are a very nice idea, use red myself but the gf uses the purple.
