****ed so much

Hahaha, that is most certainly not how you start a thread.
Anyway, I was going to say sounds pretty normal to me but who care's now? :D

Dude what is your problem. Temps are Not that bad.

And after the amount of early rmas for first 460's omg they over heated like mad.

8800gt temps were in upper 80's 90's within seconds on load.

That's nothing, my 7950 idles at 58c with two monitors, and 44c with one (and 38 when zerocore kicks in). Your load temps looks very normal on the other hand, so why are you complaining?

My Sapphire 6870 (non ref) idles at 49c with 2 monitors and 35c with one and when playing BF3 (oc @940/1150) it never goes over 65c - 66c.

Maybe his case needs better airflow, I have 2x 120mm intake at the front and 1x 120mm out the back.

Idle temps? I thought they were contractors you needed to prod to get them motivated?

Funny rant, for a reference cooler. Would have been a similar story with Nvidia.

Not read all this topic but are you using the 12.04 drivers as ive had problems with thses drivers. AMD overide not working and overheating and ccc displaying the wrong driver version and is saying i have 11.5 and not 12.04. Ive uninstalled sevral times and tried all 12.0 pluss drivers and same thing. In the last couple of minutes ive tried going way back to the old 10.5 drivers where i knew it was fine and is fine and and all is working. I was going to put this in my topic for the 5770 which is my graphics cards but i will put here as more views.
