found out, it Borked the mobo, Got a new one and it was fine.. But now im on this Hench Rig ;)
 
I can't believe for a moment anyway that you even bought the rig in your sig and got a non-branded and unknown wattage PSU.. Deary me.. :/
 
The power supplys the most important thing man! If it can give you the right voltages all your other hardware may just go down the pan. From what i remember they have really bad 12 volt rails and basically fail when put underload.

Spend around 60+ on a PSU, the more you need power for the more wattage your going to need. With your spec id suggest getting a 800W+
 
you tryed resetting the bios? my old 3870x2 wouldn't show anything on screen and had the light on.. reset bios and it worked again.
 
no no your not getting me, that was my old rig with the Unbranded PSU, i now have a Fractal design newton R2 800W for my i7 :)
