Lamy Al Star Ballpoint for me.

Mine is in a security box somewhere in Heathrow :(

Sometime ago I decided to try and find a good pen. Since then I settled on the "Uni Jetstream RT SXN-217 Retractable Rollerball Pen Fine".
One of the best rollerballs I've found to write with. Fountain pens are nice but require bit more upkeep, these I can chuck in every back/pocket/car and have them at work.

Was tricky to find the right refills though as it felt like throwing out the pens was a waste at £2 each.

After that a regular Black BIC is always reliable.

I wouldn't call it EDC. However for work I always have a Rotring 600 3-in-1 for day to day use. Keep a Rotring 800 pen with my notebook for meetings. Very nice and functional without being flashy.

Having an old fashioned notepad/pen is essential in my line of work, as we work in a lot of PED restricted areas, electronic note taking isn't really an option.

I use a Cross Century II Ballpoint pen, black with gold trim. It was a gift from the wife a good few years back.
