We did M1 last week. I am resitting it. I nearly fainted in the exam.

It might be because I did some mechanics in physics previously. My cousin had also found mechanics hard.

There are integrals in C1. There are turning points (maximums, minimums, points of inflections) in C1 and I think C2.

That's how it was at my school. The people who don't do physics found it hard, and the ones that did found it easy.

I am very disappointed with what I am expecting in M1, and I know for sure I am resitting it.

On the first link I posted, go to question 4. (3,5) is a maximum. Is that what you mean by a turning point?

I did core 1 and core 2 in January, strangely i found Core 2 much easier. I got 85% in core 2 and 69% in core 1.

Yep thats, it. When I did it I knew it as natur gwreiddiau (nature of roots).

Never heard it called turning points though.

C4 next thursday, need 5 marks for my A in A2 overall, so have been concentrating of doing my other AS levels that I haven't already built up fairly good scores in.

were last year's efforts, done in GCSE year, which I was absolutely ecstatic about, this year likely not as good for maths, but still hoping for good marks.

I turned up hung over to p2 and got 100 lol.

that is UMS though, i'm sure i made mistakes.

Mine was the first year to be converted to C1-C4 courses and I refused it and did the P1-P3 courses.

I was on a random system though of further maths AS level and Maths A level.

Didn't really even go to any maths classes because of clashes, etc.

So If i remember correctly, I did P1-4 M1,2,4 S1 and D1

P4 and M4 were pretty hard though by any standards.

I sat those papers this morning. C1 was rather easy but the C2 made me cry... guess who is resitting next year?

What is X?
