Edge-detect vs wide-tent (in CCC)

In CCC Edge detect gives 3x what ever the AA sample size is.
To a max of 8x sample, with edge detect = 24x.

However wide tent only doubles the sample. i.e. 8x sample = 16x AA
but when choosing a 16x sample there is no edge detect.

So to sum up is, a 16x sample with wide tent (32x total) better than an 8x sample with edge detect (24x total)

If you have to ask, it doesn't matter. Try both. If you don't notice any performance difference or visual difference, it doesn't matter which you choose.

Edge Detect is the best of the bunch.

Wide & narrow blur the whole image.

Ill try them out looking for differences in blurring,

Dowt ill be able to spot anything though.

As said, Edge-Detect, but if you notice lag in games either reduce the AA value, or, change to Box mode.

AA wouldn't introduce lag in to games. Playing online with a rubbish connection would though.
