How do I edit PDF files in acrobat?

I need to add text to an application form. All these free editors on the web slap a watermark over the top of what you've done when you save it.

If the form is authored properly, you should be able to edit it in Acrobat Reader.

Its ok, I finally downloaded a program called nitropdf. Did the job.
