Has anyone here used the EFQM Excellence Model in industry?

I am working on my dissertation at the moment, and it would be great if I can chat to a few people about it

no but someone i know mentioned this to me, although im not 100% sure its the same thing, but he said it was basically a waste of time.

And if your writing for the dissertation then perhaps this isnt the best place

My research tends to say otherwise

I just want to talk to a few people to get ideas... I am not going to use the forums as a source of information
