EFS in a Windows 2003 Domain (with AD)

Hi all,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for some really good, simple information on EFS within a windows 2003 domain please and how I might go about setting this up.

Ive tried google and got to a point where random letters like FEK's (file encryption keys) and DRA's are being flung at me left right and centre.

I dont suppose there is a step by step guide to setting this up is there?

Should be something on Microsoft Technet, and I know there are some good whitepapers.
