EK DCP 2.2 pump noisy / servicing ...

During the last week or so, the EK DCP 2.2 pump in my rig has got very noisy. Its buzzing like an angry bee and my once super quiet system is no longer quiet.

I've drained and flushed the loop and stripped the pump down to as far as it will let me and I cant see anything obvious that's causing it. Its not an airlock as I've had it upside down and rolled over getting all the air out of it.

Any ideas if there's anything I can do with it or should I just order a new one?

i'm looking at changing my 2.2 as well tbh its not that powerful.

D5 with an EK top looks appealing and an XSPC double slot bay res.

Think that's going on my xmas list.

I have both of these and the d5 is not only more powerful but also quieter. and this is the small dcp pump!

One of those things, its been a solid little performer so far pushing water round my 7970 and 2500k. They're not silly money to replace so I'll probably order a EK4 and keep this as a (noisy) spare.
