What is the difference between these 2 kits if any?

Looking to cool my Phenon II and both GPU's

all i can see is the CPU blocks are different and the price ofc
tbh you might need a better pump if your looking @ cpu + 2 gpu's

I'm not going to be putting full gpu blocks on only universals so hopefully that will counter for the smaller pump.

Ive been looking and people have been using the 2.2 for gpu cooling as well as cpu and have bee going fine.

Its only a pump at the end of the day if it dies after a couple of years can just buy and new 1 and swap it over.

it's not just about if it dies, with a DCP 2.2 you risk having a low flow rate, if you are planning on having 2 GPU's in there you will need more than a single 360 as well, more like 2

but then if you did get 2 of the above kits you can run the pumps in series and 2 360's should be enough to cool what you want to cool and any left over bits you can sell on to get some cash back

Or go for the ocuk v12 kit, better all round kit and should see you good for any future loops.
