EK Nickel Block...

If you mean see-through plexi then I don't I'm afraid. They're ****e imo because when using them you risk fracturing the block at the ports.

For cpu blocks my favourite would be the mips iceforce foloowed by the xspc raystorm chrome.

For gpu blocks I like the look of the new aquacomputer windowed nickle titan blocks (hope they carry this design onto future cards) and the watercool heatkillers.

I also don't like copper because it looks rubbish after a few weeks.

I have used 6 different EK nickel blocks since the fix and they all still look brand new. I only use Mayhems coolant on its own though, it is all you really need.

Should be. Mick generally says that the letter that they use to send out saying "Only use EK Coolant" was a load of rubbish. In all honesty anything that has anti-corrosion inhibitors and all the other important stuff = fine.

This, the "issues" with EK nickel blocks since the EN plating came in is mostly fear mongering perpetuated by people with horror stories form the old blocks and from people who bought an EN block then tried to run the loop on just distilled water and biocide (a bad idea in any loop).

I never knew you needed certain tubing for it. I have never had problems with pastel and Masterklear tubing. I rinse everything with distilled water before using it. My current two loops both use mayhems pastel with Masterklear tubing.
