Has anyone had any experience with this cooler? Just wondering how good it is, my h100i is starting to lack a little on keeping my 6700k OC temps down.

Will it fit in a corsair carbide 540?

no

a 240 predator would fit in the 540 case though

the performance is a good level better than the h100i

Hi Loxa, apparently it does fit in the 540, I'd be sure to have some low profile ram :) See here

I have had both revisions the R1.0 which caused me a little trouble but now have the R1.1 which is working great. On a 3770k @4.6 I idle between 27c - 30c load temps of just 57c @ 4.8ghz oc I get low 60c on full load.

Overall it performs great and is very quiet. Build quality is night and day between it and the 100i.

Ek have possible the best customer support I have ever dealt with.

Edit after looking closer @ the picture I don't think you need to worry at all about ram clearance

Just another quick question if anyone knows, how does the EK Predator 240MM fair against the Corsair H115i?

I've just had an interesting evening upgrading my existing Asetek 240mm rad to the Ek 360mm in an Enthoo Luxe case.

Only got it in by some emergency modifications to the eps power connectors to the mobo. It's certainly a radiator that needs extra consideration due to how the pump and 'pull' fans are connected.

I'm going to start a new build log thread to share my experiences tomorrow (and document all the other changes to the set up I've made over the last 4 months). May be worth a read for anyone else considering the Ek.
