Elder Scrolls: Oblivion release date confirmed

Great that's my 3rd year project screwed. I was making so much progress too.

Oh well what the hell, woooooooohoooooooo.
 
is there any chance an oblivion thread won't turn into a pc/Xbox 360 debate :p

On Topic: Is it sad to have a few days booked off after it comes out. :o :D
 
Excellent. Time to get excited :D Ive been a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls series since Arena. Im hoping that Oblivion is going to return to roots and feel more like Arena and Daggerfall(Minus the crashes). Although I loved Morrowind, certain aspects of it I didn't like at all, such as the Tevani and the fact that it had no horses. So im looking forward to getting my trusty mount back :D
 
Absolutely over the moon about this!! :):D Means I get my 4 week Easter break from Uni to play it (inbetween doing my dissertation, damn it!)

i doubt that it will get modded to the extent of a PC version, that and i dont think the 360 version will get the TES Construction Set...

anyway, mods aside... this has been so long now, i simply can't wait... i hope to god its worth it :D

I'm in a dillema...

Order is currently with Oi! No Competitors!.... (29.99 inc del) for the collectors edition. The problem is Oi! No Competitors! often take a couple of days to ship stuff, I wonder if with the game being out on a Friday and Oi! No Competitors! shipments usually taking a couple of days if it'll not arrive by the Monday?

Wonder if it's worth paying £5 more (34.99) to order it with Mods missed one!, as in my experience, pre-orders with them usually arrive at your door on the day of release.

I'm not that bothered about getting it on (or before) release date personally. That's why I got it from where I did really, saves me a fiver I can put towards upgrading my PC so I can actually play it lol depends how much you want it on Friday I suppose :)
 
Ive pre preodered from ****.com loads, as far as I can remember Ive not had any problems with them.

Even if the shop you are oredering from does deliver it late, I will be posting loads of screens on friday when I get it so that will hold you over :)

Nieldo is fine, it was just one specific one you mentioned, most others are fine. If you're unsure which one it was feel free to email me and I'll let you know :)
