Depends how much you use it. Obviously the more you use it, the more energy you've saved by using a more efficient unit.
Going from a 10.4kW unit to a 7.2kW one would save you about 30% of the cost of the energy for the shower.
If you used it for, say, half an hour every day, you'd go from using 5.2 units/day to 3.6 units/day. At a rate of 10p/unit (for calculations sake), you'd save 16p/day, which would equate to £1.12 a week, or £58.24 a year.
