id get one purely for the fact it can tell you of any blood defects, also, if there are any problems with blood flow due to blockages/a dicky heart. so you could catch a heart attack before it happens, also if you caught a blood disease it could let you know. id also find other uses for it too i guess.

Good for medical use. Could keep an eye on pace makers, artificial eyes, various hearing aids. People with diabetes or other such disease that can be picked up in the blood.
I can also see huge military interest as well as monitoring bio signs, it would be a very break resistance and always powered screen for lots of military uses.

GPS - don't have to worry about getting lost anymore in the middle of a jungle or desert.
Satellite net connection (ok I'm getting a bit carried away now). In case you cant get out of said jungle or desert.
At least it would be waterproof and you wouldn't loose it in an accident, unless you damaged your arm.
