Email problem S3

Hi, im trying to setup a pop3 email account on my Galaxy S3 with the default email app.

I've entered all the details correctly but it still says cannot connect to server after I type in the SMTP details, my smtp requires authentication so I ticked the checkbox for "require sign in". But still no go.

It's a pop3 email account for work, its on my laptops outlook but I'd prefer it on my phone.
