Email Setup

Is anyone got a moment to help me set up my work email if they have any knowledge or experience with it?

I have tried Thunderbird but they don't appear to ask for a Domain and wont connect. i got the Microsoft Exchange Ad-on but still no joy

moved over to Outlook 2003 given its Microsoft (and what we use in work) there was little joy with this aswell.

It is set up on my iPhone under exchange server and I have the following details:
Username
Password
Domain
Server info: eg. abc.company.com <-- for incoming and outgoing.

can you not use domain\username in the username field?

Nope not connecting; in this case it doesn't ask for my password so i don't understand how it plans to connect?

Litrally copying word for word from work PC to Laptop i brought in using Microsoft Exchange server and it cant connect (through outlook). tried setting to use internet conection becuase obviously wont be on LAN if at home and nothing :S

Yet APPLE (my iphone) plugged in details and works fine :/

help ?

not sure if im reading this properly. but the way im reading this is.
your work has an exchange server and you are trying to connect to it from out side of the office?
if so you either need a vpn, or an exchange server with exchange over https enabled.
