Emergency Help!

Draining a battery to fully dead is known to deplete the battery especially when stored. Apple suggests that batteries are no longer fully depleted (or make it a rare occurance). The physics and chemistry that explains it is pretty complex but ultimately makes sense.

No ipod should have died with only 5 charges though, I would have taken that to a genius bar to ask their opinion. If it truely was 5 charges then can pull the data from the software.

Just going to enjoy a brand new just below silly spec Pc later next year to catch up on games etc Avalon. Enjoying my new ipad Air2 actually playing some Vault game for fall out on it first game I’ve played in years. Twitch and U-tube are great on it. It will tide me over till the new PC arrives. But when the new PC arrives I expect a bit of the wow factor coming from a Biplane to a Space Shuttle kind of deal.

Delphi it was bought Dec 2012 and used on five holidays and it got charged and music added before each trip. Sister asked to see someone and they came back with a wait for two hours. Guy in the shop just said to her it would cost £80 if she wanted them to look into fixing it. It was retuned to the original apple bag still even today with its receipt every time after my sisters holiday and forgot about before being dumped down on my desk with orders to have it ready for her next trip. Trouble actually started last holiday in Dubai when she came back saying instead of lasting all holiday easy it just stopped working after around four hours. She charged it and all the music was gone. I got it back and put all the music back on and fully charged it. Even used it for hours out and about so was happy it was still working. I was away and she tried to charge it expecting it work after charging it. Before I got back from the other side of the country she had bought a replacement and demanding all the music the night before she left.
