EMF (electronic magnetic field) make my router dropping connection - question

a quick question, is it possible that the laptop power brick generate an EMF which cause my router dropping connection? they are about 2 feet away from each other

It's unlikely though.

cant really move router cos of the BT master socket, router is sat on the table where the laptop is

turn off the power brick, run your laptop on its battery, and see if its still dropping connection?
