Regardless of their age, or issues, be them mental or not. Do you think you are only depressed if you are poor and have un-loving parents? Of course not, many things depress people and you can't stereo type them.

Regardless of yours and others points, its hardly decent to mock, point the finger and laugh at those who are feeling this way.

Do you all clearly find some upset young girl, cutting their wrists funny? Even seeing someone upset, for whatever reason, you find that funny? Or "Lollage" as you quite stupidly put it.

Dude, I've seen depression from many of my mates and they aren't emo's. My mates have done thing's without even telling anyone, but yet emo's tell the world they are going to kill themselves. Emo's are attention seekers. A user on that site said she was going to kill herself and this was her last post, but yet a couple of posts later she was perfectly fine. I think the reason people find emo's so funny, weird or whatever is because of the amount of attention seeking they do all because they claim to be depressed.

Also I think the term depression is used to much now. It seems that every Tom, Dick and Harry has got some sort of depression.

Right.. I've actually read some of the forum posts now.

If this stuff is *genuine*, I am going straight to ****ing hell because I just spat my drink all over the place (for the first time ever I might add) after reading the "Anyone wanna die with me?" thread.
 
No, seriously, you are ALL missing my point. It doesn't matter whether they are real Emo's pretend Emo's or not. What matters is many of you find it funny to laugh at these people. Even if they aren't depressed and just want attention, is that funny? Really is it? Whether it is a fashion or not, craving attention is for a reason, and can be a very lonely place.

I'm not promoting it, not at all, I was just making a point, how people are quite happy to point and laugh at people for no reason, do they not consider how that makes the other party feel? Does it make the laugher feel big?

Or stop bring back smacking, some proper discipline and parenting so children are raised with the fundamental skills for dealing with life's hardships. Instead of retreating into fantasies of depressive comfort and posting half baked emotive tat on the internet in exhibitionist fashion.

He's right I've seen a group having actually having fun at a generally mainstream bar, then when some people when near them they entered we are emo depressive omg cryz0rs state.

Unfortunately the chavs had just been thrown out, missed a great opportunity for a faction war.
