Enamelling?

Just wondering if anyone has got any custom parts enamelled? And if there is different types/processes. I'm looking at buying or possibly building another BBQ, but was wondering if anyone new the cost or anything about it at all, or nay companies that offer such thing, google just comes up with loads of jewellery sites.

My dad is in the process of restoring an old motorbike. He was going to look into stove enameling-is that the kind of thing you mean?

Try asking local metal fabricators or alloy wheel refurbishers.

Had to google it, but stove enamelling seems to be just paint, hardened in a kiln. Rather than glass melted on.

Stovax spray paint, rated for 800c? about £8 per can.

If I was to build another, would really want it more long lasting and. Tougher than paint, due to the cost, as well as easier to clean.
