ending contract - possible?

im wanting to end my 02 contract so i can get t-mobile and web&walk.
o2 are crap if you want to connect your laptop to the internet.

Is it possible to cancel or do i have to wait until the 18 month period is over?

The cheapest option if you want to terminate the contract right now would probably be downgrading to the cheapest tarriff and buy out the remainder of the months, say you downgraded to a £15pcm tarriff and have 4 months left, then you need to pay £60 to buy out the contract

Yep, thats about the only option. Downgrade to lowest tariff, terminate contract and pay the monthly rate * however many months left in contract.

but you must be in the 9th month of your o2 connection, and can only move down one level
