Energy Drinks

the only one that does stuff to me is Asda Blue Thunder, and that i go really hyper of, and fizzy vimto does the same, its just there like a drugg, im addicted to them

has anybody had the one called cocaine or ecstasy? it was 1 of the 2 but cannot remember which one.

I caught a glimpse of it on the news

The monster one doesnt actually contain caffeine and tastes quite sherburty, I prefer the yellow coloured to the green one

Only lucozade but i like the taste of it more than anything.
Other than they dont have much effect on me. Normally if im short on energy i eat a banana and some cheap cereal.
Also cider is good energy boost, and half decent cider at that.

i used to drink the diet tesco version mixed with vodka as it wasnt as sweet as redbull or the full sugar one but only when i wanted to get drunk, its a nice drink when drunk as unlike a lot it doesnt make me feel sick when ive had too much to drink, also the full sugar ones are quite good when you have a hangover.

other then alcohol related reasons though i dont drink them at will

I sometimes have a red thunder or two on a night out to keep me going to the late hours...

Cider + energy drink is actually a pretty tasty combo. Not exactly nice on the teeth and stomach tho. :o

I used to be addicted to Red Bull and Relentless until I realised it was affecting my sleep. Now if I want some I just stick to one can a day and never drink it in the evenings.

Am I the only one who finds that energy drinks have little effect other than preventing me falling asleep?

Most people drink a few and go bouncing around as though they're on ecstasy:confused:

They have the same effect on me as caffeine, water and sugar.

Which is hardly surprising.

It's cheaper to buy supermarket own-brand caffeine and sugar pills, then take them with water.

'Shark' energy drink glows under UV light, little fact for you all

Ahhhhh. I wondered why the Vodka Redbulls in the Ritz in manchester look like this
