I'm hoping electric drops as well, it's been consistently higher than fixed rate for a couple of months now.

Octopus Tracker Tariff: The trend for the past 12m for gas and electric has been a constant rise of probably something like 30-45%, obviously with some super scary 1-2 day spikes. My hope is, come autumn the prices will drop back down to something approach tolerable again. My fear is, we'll get another year trending up.

The energy prices in the country are a joke, especially when it affects basically everything (from heating offices, to lighting shops, to powering industry).


My Tracker Tarrif ends in a couple of days. I'm going to renew it and then see where it is in a couple of months.
