The reviews are not very good![]()

So from the looks of it, while the Enermax ELC240 ain't too bad for 1155, for socket 2011, the heat output is too much, and perform not as well as other closed-loop coolers in general. The cooler itself is quiet according to the review, but I'm guessing one of the main reason for its poorer performance comparing to others on the 2011 platform is most probably due the fans are not spinning at a aggressive enough speed (or not have to option for trading quietness for performance).
Like I said before, it is not a bad first attempt from Enermax, considering they design the cooler themselves, but it's not really surprising Corsair, Antec etc that using Asetek or Cool-IT design still do better, considering they have more experience and in that part of the business for longer.
