Engine number location??

Hey everyone,

I'm importing my car into the UK and the DVLA want to know the engine number. Now for the life of me I can't find the thing! Does anyone know where the engine number is on a Focus ST170??

Varies from car to car - usually stamped on the side of the block somewhere. Also, it's usually listed on whatever official (i.e. for the UK the V5c) documentation you have regarding the car.

Google will no doubt show where it's usually located......

On the right hand side of the cylinder head.

Be easy to see when its fitted to the car

On a plate attached to the bottom end of the block somewhere I would expect! Or as said on the V5.

I was away to say, if its the head only something very wrong here lol
