I dont mind loaning him out - its "with the idea of selling him next summer" is the bit I dont like:(

You have to admit thats more luck than judgement (Rio certainly did some great defending against Valencia, but they were wasteful also) - rio is still a lot better than Jonny this season (on a good day JE imo is a great centre half, but not so far this seasoon), but I just dont think Rio will ever be a permanent fixture in the 1st XI again.

I will happily eat my hat if he plays more than 6 1st team games in a row after the int break

Arsenal going to batter Chelsea today, last few games against them Arsenal haven't had a real striker and have been ineffective in the box, Chamakh is going to bang a hat trick in and make Terry re-consider his values. Can't wait, 5 - 1 Arsenal.
 
Or are Chelsea going to out muscle Arsenal and deliver a humiliation themselves?
 
Arsenal will dominate the game, Chelsea may bundle one in on the counter attack but as I say, Chamakh will score at least 3, maybe 5
 
No chance, we can and usually always outplay Chelsea but our incompetence in the final third and the physical power of Chelsea will be our undoing.

Stats usually mean **** all but with a weaker squad then last year playing i doubt we'll get a better result. Should Chelsea not bother to turn up today then we can win, but with flappyhandski in goal, an untested CB partnership and a weaker attack/midfield i doubt we'll win. A draw would be a decent result too.

Chelsea to win with a 2 goal margin but there's still a chance we could win. Lets hope arshavin turns up today!

So annoying. 2 weeks is too long. Not too fussed about the euro quilfiers. We all know what teams will make it and what teams won't. Quailfiers is all about the underdogs trying to make it.. I guess seeing Scotland finally make it to a big tournament is something to hope for... but we have Spain to look forward to... they could play their u16 team and still give us a whooping.

hope Liverpool lose today to add more humilation to their pathetic season. lol.

But had a mate confirm they were running a 4-4-1-1 in training this week :(


Other news: Pitch inspection in half an hour. Pitch has been battered with heavy rain for about 4 days straight now.
