Chelsea v Arsenal teams:

Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Alex, Terry, Cole, Mikel, Essien, Ramires, Malouda, Anelka, Drogba.

Subs: Turnbull, Zhirkov, Ferreira, Sturridge, Van Aanholt, Kakuta, McEachran.


Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Koscielny, Squillaci, Clichy, Diaby, Nasri, Wilshere, Song, Arshavin, Chamakh.

Subs: Szczesny, Rosicky, Vela, Denilson, Djourou, Eboue, Emmanuel-Thomas.
 
Early days but if we lose this Hodgson needs to consider his position. He either admits his tactics aren't working and changes them or he resigns. Being outplayed by Blackpool is NOT acceptable.

Well a win is a win, but I don't think any City fan can honestly say they're happy in the way it happened. Really bad news about Ben Arfa and far from a convincing performance. Newcastle should have had a penalty and really took the game to us.

That said, we had a fair few chances we should have finished. And by god do I love Adam Johnson.

Really need a mentality overhaul still, and more gelling needed also. I'm suggesting a hypnotherapist to have every City player only able to see Chelsea shirts on the opposition. Maybe then we'd try in ALL the games, not just the big ones.

I agree, out played today and all the players just didnt want it and looked tired...mancini double training? anyways we got the win and i cant wait for Kolarov to come back as Lescott is just dire. and i too just love Johnson :p
