ENOUGH VOLTAGE?

Q6600 G0 stepper
so it runs at 1ghz less when its not needed i think
i overclocked it from 2.4 to 3ghz
I didnt change the voltage i left it at stock

If the system doesn't lock up or restart when in games and other applications I'd say that it has enough voltage.

If your not getting BSOD ect then I would say your fine, but ideally you should run Prime or Orthos to chack for stability.

Note that stock voltage is not the same as auto. If you don't change anything in the bios it'll put whatever it feels like through your cpu. CPU-Z will tell you what the current vcore is, check that this is well under 1.5V.

Otherwise, as above, if it's stable it's fine. If it's not stable, more voltage may help, or less voltage may help, or any mad combination of options in the bios.
