I'm currently on Entanet £19.99 a month package and this month i decided i wanted to move to another isp so i signed up on the 21st of February. It might be activated on March the 1st or 2nd.
I was told i would be billed £19.99 on March but when i leave i would be credited the difference pro rata.
Is this the the right procedure?
