Enterprise level network file logging software

I need some software that will monitor files and folders on network shares or network attached storage.

I need to be able to analyse and report against file and folder creation, deletion, changes etc.

We have had some files and folders deleted and while we can recover them id like to know which plonker was responsible going forward.

I am looking for the best on the market.

Any recommendations?

Sure they weren't just dragged into another subfolder? Happens a lot!
